Money Back Guarantee allows the Customer to request reimbursement in cases which are described below.
If the Customer does not fit into any category, he/she can contact the Support Team to discuss the nature of the request and it will be processed accordingly.
If a Customer decides to cancel a Project, the following rules apply:
In case of delayed delivery of a product, the Customer is entitled to a Time Delivery Difference Compensation, which is calculated in every case separately, depending on the initial deadline and the time of delay.
For long-term Projects (14 days+), the amount of compensation equals to 7%.

In order to investigate a case with a bad quality claim, appropriate evidence should be provided. Such as detailed feedback or an example of an appropriately completed paper.
Such claims can only be accepted if the negative feedback comes from the Customers’ side. So if it happens that a product produced by the Company is accepted by the Customer, but not his/her professor, a compensation cannot be provided, due to the fact that submission of our product means approval of the quality.
Note: in an instance where a bad quality claim is filed, and the Project was previously sent for Revision, a compensation will not exceed 70%.
‘Additional services’ are non-refundable.
In Order to submit a compensation request, the Customer must contact the Support Team within 6 months after the Order was completed.
The Billing Department representative requires up to 2-5 days to review the request, and provide the resolution to the Customer over the phone or by e-mail. In certain cases, the Customer's claim may be reviewed immediately or within a shorter time period.
Our specialist has the rights to request any additional information from the Customer that is required in Project to process the request correctly.
Once the Customer receives a refund confirmation, the Company will process it within 5 business day from the confirmation date. Please note, that the Company cannot be held responsible for any Bank Transfer fees, peculiarities of transfer, and possible delays occurring due to Bank service issues.
The refund transaction may be processed for the amount of 10 (Ten) USD and more. If the transaction is for a smaller amount - it cannot be processed due to the fact that it barely covers transaction fees both of Company and Clients’ bank. The Customer will have the amount back as credit to their Credit Balance to use as payment for future Projects.
